Services

Campaign Plug LLC provides marketing consulting, strategic coordination, vendor sourcing,
apparel facilitation, and related services. All services are provided on a project or agreement basis.

Payments

● Payment terms will be outlined in invoices or agreements.
● Deposits may be required before any type of work begins.
● Custom apparel orders are non-refundable once production begins.
● Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension.

No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver strong results, Campaign Plug LLC does not guarantee specific
outcomes, revenue increases, election results, or performance metrics. All strategic decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

Limitation of Liability

Campaign Plug LLC shall not be liable for:
● Indirect or consequential damages
● Vendor delays or third-party performance issues
● Campaign outcomes
● Business losses resulting from implementation of advice
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services rendered.
All original materials created by Campaign Plug LLC remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use deliverables for their intended purpose unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
● Provide accurate information
● Respond in a timely manner
● Approve materials promptly
● Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Political Clients:

If the client is a political candidate, campaign committee, PAC, or political organization, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
● They are solely responsible for compliance with all campaign finance laws and reporting
requirements.
● They are responsible for properly reporting expenditures, vendor payments, and services
purchased from Campaign Plug LLC to the appropriate election authorities.
● They are responsible for ensuring that all payments made to Campaign Plug LLC are
made from lawful and properly designated campaign accounts.
● Campaign Plug LLC does not provide legal advice regarding election law compliance.
● Campaign Plug LLC is not responsible for how the client reports, categorizes, or
discloses payments to any regulatory body.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
